Karen Valby is our resident Head of Happiness. She has the dream job of making our clients and team members feel seen, appreciated, and celebrated. She’ll know what your favorite things are without you ever realizing that you told her. Her love languages, fittingly enough, are gifts and words of affirmation.

Karen lives in Central Austin in a house with a screened-in porch and ping pong table in the driveway alongside her husband, two daughters, two rescue dogs, and one old cat.

Training runs around Town Lake, off-leash hikes with the dogs at Turkey Creek, book browsing at First Light and Black Pearl, and asking waiters about their favorite dishes on the menu.
