We worked with Lisa Muñoz and her team (Janine Mitchell and Carson Uhr); it’s hard to convey how highly she came recommended by my colleagues and friends. We started the process of finding a home about a month and a half ago or so (two months at the latest), in a very, very difficult housing market. Lisa and her team zeroed in on exactly what mattered to us most. On our first home tour, we found one that looked perfect for us in exactly the part of town we wanted to live in. As out of state first time home buyers with very little knowledge of Austin, we had an excellent experience with The Muñoz Group! We’re happy to have been paired with Carson as our Buyer’s Agent, who has a ton of experience in the market and seems to know every single side street in the metro area. The process of narrowing down our search criteria was seamless and pressure free. Carson was always immediate to respond to any questions at all hours of the day, every day of the week with thoughtful answers that helped us make good decisions. We have had the privilege to work with The Muñoz Group several times. This was our first investment property purchase and Lisa’s team once again rocked it! From our initial phone call in August to our closing in November the process was seamless. Lori helped find us a great first rental property and took the time to guide us through the rental property purchase with a focus on our financial goals. Lisa, Teel, and Helen were AMAZING. I’d have to say I have very high standards. I expect professionalism, integrity, and timeliness from my realtor and I have been disappointed by every agent I’ve come across besides Lisa and her team. It’s not even close. Just the fact that she works with a team that consists of a listing agent and closing specialist left me feeling completely taken care of. They were specialized in their roles and knew exactly what to do when we hit unexpected hiccups along the way. Shout out to Teel who might as well have a second job as a therapist when they mitigated an argument between my husband and I about how to go about listing our house. Ever have the feeling that realtors are overpaid? Yeah, same. But NOT with this team. Every penny we spent on them for the sale of our home was worth it. I love them. I’m obsessed with them.
