Hey y’all! I’m Lisa.
I was born in Houston, Texas, and was the first person in my family to graduate high school and go to college. I took classes that I loved and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Anthropology. I jumped straight into real estate a few months after graduation and slowly began building a different kind of real estate business!
Something that you might find unique about my approach to real estate is that I have always focused on serving the person sitting right in front of me. Whether that person was ready to buy or sell a house at that time or we were planning for a real estate move for some time in the future, I gave my time and attention fully.
I also knew that if I could create rock-solid systems to support my clients through such a big (and often stressful process), they would feel more at ease and I would feel good about the work I was doing in this world.
Everyone on my team was hand-selected to be here because they understand that we’re not here to “just” sell a house: we’re showing up for our client relationships first, and then we’re guiding each person to their vision of success!
We’re here for the long haul. I still wake up every day just as excited as I did back in 1999 when I first started to help my people buy, sell, and invest in real estate.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
At The Muñoz Group, we take helping you buy and sell your home seriously.
We also know that buying a home is one of the biggest financial decisions you’ll make in your lifetime—and we want to make sure you feel supported every step of the way.
That’s why we take the time to learn about your story and your situation, your non-negotiables, and make sure the process feels easy, regardless of whether you’re buying OR selling your home (or both)!
And the best part? We’ve bought and sold thousands of homes, so needless to say…this ain’t our first rodeo.
Whether you’re still figuring out the best neighborhood fit for you and your family or you’re ready to sell your home and upgrade to something new, we want to help you find YOUR Austin, too
My Austin looks like…
Stopping in at Houndstooth for an Americano when I’m in between calls (plus one more for the road)
Staying active at a Love Cycling Studio, sweating it out at Pure hot yoga, or hiking Commons Ford with my family on a perfect sunny Austin day
Strolling east Austin’s art studios and shopping for the perfect small-batch, sentimental gift for a loved one and then stopping by a local restaurant for a great meal
Stacking dominoes and dealing out a deck of cards during game night at home with my boys and my wife
