Reading over other people’s reviews, I agree with everything everyone else says. I think it’s worth highlighting that when you choose to work with Lisa you get her whole team of experts. After having worked with Lisa’s team on 4 different transactions since 2013, I’ve seen her team grow and evolve. It’s important to note though that I never felt like I was not getting personalized attention to detail from Lisa herself. While her team was who we interacted with on a more daily (or even hourly) basis, it was obvious that Lisa was always guiding things behind the scenes. Lisa Munoz and her team make buying and selling a home as close to painless as possible. She has great connections with contractors and other professionals for getting work done, and is very tuned into the real estate market in Austin and surroundings. And Lisa’s staff is great to deal with, attentive to detail and responsive to all questions.

Lisa and her team are the all-time MVPs. They helped us buy our first home in 2016 and have been trusted advisors to us since then on any house-related questions. I think I’ve recommended her to half a dozen people by now, and all of them had a positive experience too. I really appreciate that she and her team take time to understand what we’re looking for, really advocate for what’s best for us, never pressure us to do anything we’re not 100% on board for, and tell us the hard truth when what we want just isn’t reasonable. A++, would use again (but hopefully not for a while, because moving is a drag).

I’m the third family member who has used Lisa Munoz’s team (Becca & Ross Shwarts and Emily & Scott Stockdale), and I suspect we’re not the first whose whole family uses this dedicated, knowledgeable, and fun team. I can’t imagine what her workflow charts look like for all your clients, but I know I felt like I was the only customer she was working with. Her compassion and great energy were so reassuring. After closing, I had such a warm and caring follow-up call with Lisa. The reassurance that Lisa and her team would be available anytime I needed them was so kind, especially since I’m new to Austin and know I’ll need “resources.” I’m thankful to my family for introducing me to the wonderful team that is helping me feel so welcomed into my new home and new community!

I came to her with some specific criteria that had to be met before I could sell my house as well as with some personal limitations that I knew would make some of the details and process more difficult for me than some.
